The Yellow Dog Cafe is one of our favorite places to go for lunch. The food was excellent, as was the service. The ladies enjoyed their lunch in a private room overlooking the river. |

Dr. Jonathan Clark, husband of the late Columbia astronaut and Gamma Phi Beta, Laurel Blair Salton Clark, spoke to the sorority about his wife. He showed a slide presenation of some personal pictures and displayed some of her astronaut belongings. After his presentation, Dr. Clark presented the sorority with Laurel's Gamma Phi Beta badge and certificate. These items will be placed in the sorority's museum, located at International Headquarters. |

The Space Coast Alumnae Chapter celebrated Founders Day with the Delta Sigma chapter at the Island Pasta Comapny for a brunch. Alumnae attendees included: Rosemarie Somma, Natalie Wilbanks, Cheryl Nichols, Maura Boswell, Susan Hutchison, Julie Arnold, Cheryl Watson, Kathie Murr, Jenny Inglish, Marjorie Crosswell, Judy Davis, Ginny DeRose, Janet Hutton, Mary Crouch, Janis Dey, Judy Bross, Elma Reaves, Peggy Jewell, Julie Garrison, Coleen Taylor, Chiara Benitez, amd Elizabeth Wales. |

Prior to the Founders Day Ceremony, the Golden Crescent Ceremony was held for Marjorie Crosswell. President Coleen Taylor leads the ceremony as Programming Vice President Janis Dey pins the 50 year pin onto Marjorie. Marjorie then receives her certificate and congratulatory letter from International. Marjorie was initiated into the Beta Mu chapter of Gamma Phi Beta at Florida State University on 20 February 1954. |

Chiara Benitez and Coleen Taylor have been friends since they met in college in 1991. Their sisterhood remains strong after all these years and they enjoy the events held by the Space Coast Alumnae Chapter. |

The Space Coast alumnae enjoy their conversations with one another while waiting for lunch to be served at the Island Pasta Company in Downtown Melbourne. This was a last minute location change due to the hurricane damage the Melbourne Beach Hilton sustained during Hurricanes Frances and Jeanne. |
